UK access control and security distributor - CIE-Group one of the key sponsoring partners for Association of Security Consultants' Imbert Prize - recognising the UK's best masters degree dissertation on a security-related subject in 2023.

 

Huge congratulations to the 3 finalists of the Association of Security Consultants' Imbert Prize 2023 which recognises the UK's best security-related masters degree dissertation - announced during December's glitzy Association of Security Consultants (ASC) gala dinner at The House of Lords.

The 3 finalists (pictured above) were Rosi Nicholson, Cranfield University, Dennis Roe, University of Portsmouth (WINNER) and Marie Zeimetz, University of St Andrews.

A fantastic night attended by the great & the good of the security consultant industry, the ASC event & Imbert Prize was proudly sponsored by CIE-Group, Genetec and Total Security Protection Ltd.


The Imbert Prize is bestowed annually upon the author of the most outstanding master’s degree dissertation in the realm of security-related subjects. The competition, fiercely contested by students hailing from universities across the UK, has long been a symbol of academic excellence and innovation.The winner was announced during the ASC’s annual dinner at the House of Lords in December 2023.

Each year, aspiring scholars compete to push the boundaries of knowledge and contribute to the advancement of the field.

The judging panel comprises esteemed professionals and academics immersed in the world of security, ensuring a thorough and comprehensive assessment of the entries.
